ABOUT US
Welcome to Grove Biewers, proudly located in Alberta, Canada. Our family-run business is managed by a loving family of six, comprising two children and three breeding dogs. We are passionate animal enthusiasts who wholeheartedly believe in the exceptional qualities of this rare dog breed, driving our commitment to breeding. Operating from the comfort of our home enables us to provide optimal socialization and care. Our dogs are raised in a nurturing environment, fully socialized with other dogs and people, including children. They enjoy unrestricted access to our home, fostering a sense of family and belonging, except during housetraining when crates are utilized. We take great pride in our dogs, recognizing their potential as exceptional family pets, boasting outstanding personalities and ease of travel. Their energetic nature makes them ideal companions for active families, thriving on playtime, cuddles, exploration, and daily walks. With their vibrant personalities, they make ideal family pets, perfect for active families seeking loyal companions.
OUR MESSAGE TO FAMILIES
At Grove Biewers, we specialize exclusively in breeding Biewer Yorkshire Terriers, registered with the International Biewer Club (IBC). The Biewer Yorkshire Terrier is a rare purebred dog resulting from the occurrence of a recessive piebald gene in two Yorkshire Terriers. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our puppies, ensuring they are placed with responsible families committed to providing a secure and loving environment. To safeguard our home, family, and puppies, we do not accommodate home visits unless families have been pre-approved and have placed a deposit on their preferred puppy. However, we invite prospective families to meet with us in a public setting, where they can interact with our dogs, ask questions, and socialize. Once a deposit has been made to reserve a puppy, we will provide regular weekly updates through videos and photographs, allowing families to witness the growth and development of their chosen puppy and its littermates. This journey is filled with laughter and tears as we observe these charming, tiny, and humorous dogs mature.
